Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep, usually to recognise you or to follow what you do across pages and sites.
Only analytics, and only if you agree. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is loaded until you choose. If you decline, no analytics script is ever fetched and no analytics cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics measures how the site is used so we can improve it, with IP anonymisation enabled.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells visitors apart, anonymously. Set by Google Analytics, only after you accept. | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Keeps the session state for the same measurement. | 2 years |
A few small preferences are saved by your browser so the site stays pleasant to visit. They are stored locally on your device, they are never sent to us or to anyone else, and they contain nothing personal.
Some pages load a web font from Google Fonts or embed a video from a platform such as YouTube. Those services are contacted directly by your browser and may set their own cookies, under their own policies. We have no control over them and receive nothing from them.
You can clear site data at any time from your browser settings, and you can browse in a private window if you prefer. Everything on this site keeps working normally either way: the intro simply plays again, and a pop-up you had dismissed may reappear once.
