1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing the inPixel website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Our content

This website is a showcase for the worlds, add-ons, skins and personas inPixel publishes on the Minecraft Marketplace, plus a blog about them. It does not sell, host or distribute downloadable content, and it has no accounts, forms or checkout of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including:

• Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Scraping or copying content for commercial use without permission.
• Using our brand, artwork or screenshots in a misleading way.

4. Intellectual property

The inPixel name, logo, page designs and original artwork belong to inPixel. Minecraft and the Minecraft Marketplace are trademarks of Mojang AB. inPixel publishes on the Marketplace as a partner creator but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of Mojang AB or Microsoft.

5. Purchases

Every add-on, skin, persona and world is bought with Minecoins inside Minecraft, under the Minecraft Marketplace terms and refund policy. No payment is ever taken on this website, and we never see your payment details. Anything related to a charge, a refund or a missing purchase has to go through Minecraft Marketplace support.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Product pages, prices and release dates reflect what we knew when the page was published and can change on the Marketplace without notice. To the extent permitted by law, inPixel is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
